I have over 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent. I hold a Florida Broker Real Estate License. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and have earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® Certification. My specialty areas of real estate sales are in Short Sales, Foreclosure, and Probate transactions. I also hold my AS in Paralegal Studies.
My education, and boots on the ground experience has abled to help both buyers and sellers navigate complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows. I can help sellers maneuver the complexities of probate and short sales as well as help buyers pursue probate, short sale and foreclosure opportunities.
